This page answers the questions about our rules that come up most often. It summarises and does not replace the full terms and bonus rules you accept when you register, or the offer cards, which win wherever the wording differs.
Who can hold an account?
Adults aged 18 or over, where gambling is lawful for them. A single account is allowed for each person, household, address, phone number, payment account and device, and it must be in your own name. Duplicate profiles are closed, with any bonus and winnings on them cancelled.
Which rules apply to a bonus?
The welcome stages LOVE1 to LOVE5 each need a £20 deposit and can be used once. Wagering is 50x the deposit plus the bonus. Slots contribute every pound, table and live games contribute 10%, video poker under 2% and baccarat nothing. While a bonus runs, no stake may exceed 10 euros or its sterling equivalent, bought features included, and any one bet of 20% of the bonus or more voids it. Covering both outcomes of a bet is not counted. One bonus may be active at a time, and credits lapse after 30 days.
Can a bonus be cancelled?
Yes, from the Bonuses section of your account or through support. The bonus and its winnings go, and stakes already placed from cash are not returned.
How are payouts handled?
A deposit is turned over once before withdrawal. Requests stay pending for up to 48 hours, are processed Monday to Friday, go back to the deposit method and carry up to £5,000 each. Card payouts need a personal card, never a corporate credit card. Very large wins may be paid in monthly instalments.
What does verification involve?
Photo ID, proof of address from the last three months, proof of payment and, if asked, a selfie holding your ID. A phone call to the number in your profile may form part of the check, and a withdrawal can lapse if you do not respond within two weeks of requesting it.
